Outlook 2000 has stopped processing read receipts

Outlook 2000 stopped processing read receipts for sent emails. There is no
tab like there used to be on the email that receipts are requested.

Any ideas?

After furious head scratching, Lenox asked:

I use corporate/workgroup mail configuration. I changed that quite a while
back from Internet only mail and I'm sure it worked after I changed. That's
the only change I've made to configuration.
