Outlook 2000 hangs on opening, Exchange 2003 server

Hello,
I have user who have been complaing about his Outlook hanging upon start.
We have Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2003.
I have removed Google search
I have started with "c:\program files\xxx\xxx\outlook.exe" /safe
I have disconnected his personal folders
I have run "detect and repair"

Outlook hangs for about 1 minute, then starts working normally. If I put
him on another machine and have him log in, it works fine.
If I have him use Outlook Web Access, it works fine.

Anyone have any suggestions for me to try?

Thanks,
Jamie
