We are using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000. All clients are configured to
use Corporate or Workgroup. We also use OWA for access to e-mail when out of
the office.
I have one user that when out of the office, his machine is on, he's not
logged in and Outlook IS NOT running, cannot get any e-mails. They are going
to his Outlook client and are not available for viewing using OWA. I have
looked at all the settings and cannot see anything different with his setup.
My understanding is that if Outlook IS NOT RUNNING then the messages will
stay on the server and be accessible through OWA. Is that correct? What
could I be missing here?
Any and all help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
John
