Describe exactly the steps you took to make the change. Off the top of my
head, I can't think of anything in changing accounts that would cause what
you describe.

There was a problem with internet as well as outlook, so all I did was
reset defaults, after that the above problem occurred

What EXACTLY do you mean by "reset defaults"? Windows defaults? Outlook
defaults? Router defaults? And HOW did you "reset" these defaults? Please be
VERY explicit on what you did to what.

Right so PLEASE tell us HOW you "reset" these defaults - there ARE no
"defaults" in Explorer (assuming you mean Windows Explorer). No one can help
you if you do not tell us, in MINUTE DETAIL WHAT YOU DID TO RESET THESE
DEFAULTS.
I can't make it any clearer than that.

You will have to excuse my seemingly obvious ignorance, but I'm not an axpert
when it comes to computers all I know is, changed ISP. Internet options,
Advanced Options Tab. Hit Restore internet explorer Settings.
