I am getting the follow error on :

Machine Sony Vaio Laptop PCG -Z1xsp

Windows XP pro, Service Pack 2 upto date using WSUS, connected to W2K AD
domain (Offline files and mailbox implemented)
Office 2000 pro, SP3 with patches to Exchange 2000 server, patched with WSUS
Netscreen Remote 8.5
McAfee 8 patch 11 (removed and replaced with 7 - still the same)
..
VNC 1.2.9
Adobe Acrobat reader 7.0

This is occuring on one machine only, though other users are probably not
using Word as much, The other machines are also very slightly later models of
the same laptop, but originally with SP1 on XP
The below errors were after disabling offline files:

Prior to disabling offline files the laptop would go offline and then hang
as below.
The laptop would then need to be rebooted:

This only started - maybe coincidence after upgrading to SP2, the laptop has
been rebuilt and still the same.

Thanks
