Outlook crashes - error report

Hi, We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. For selected users, when they
select a particular message, outlook generates an error report and the
application is force closed. Below is the event ID found:

Is there any commonality in the particular message(s) that generates the
error report?

Make sure that you have the latest SP for office installed, you may have to
reinstall it. If you're running Norton for AV, you may have a conflict with
the plug in for Office or even the Add In for Outlook.

With Outlook closed, rename the following files: outcmd.dat, frmcache.dat,
extend.dat, and the SRS file. See if that helps as well.
