Outlook 2003 keeps crashing

I recently got a new laptop and installed Office 2003 Pro. Outlook was
working fine, and then I transfered some settings from my old system and now
Outlook crashes all the time. The crashes can occour somewhat randomly, but
often when I click on a inbeded url. I have tried completely uninstalling
Office, rebooting, and installing Office again, but the same problem still
exsists.

The application event log shows this when it crashes:

What settings did you transfer and how did you transfer them?

I used a transfer utility that came with the laptop. It's a thinkpad T60. I
believe it transfered some registry settings as my desktop looked the same
afterward, but I don't know exaxtly which settings, it was a wizard.

Create a new mail profile...that should fix most of the problems. You may
have to recreate some of your settings if they are not part of the .PST file.
See the following pages for help:

Update: I uninstalled all Office products. Rebooted as instructed. Deleted
the Office folder under Program Files. Removed any profiles in Control Panel
- Mail. Deleted related folders under my profile. Deleted every registry
entry I could find related to Office. Rebooted again. Installed Office.
Setup a Mail Profile. Outlook still crashed. Opened Outlook in Safe mode.
Still crashed.

Is there a tool that will remove Office completely? It seems no matter what
I try, there is something left.

Paul
