Hello,

We are having problems printing html email messages with Outlook 2000.
Plain and rich text messages print correctly. On PCs with Windows 98, when we
print html email messages it will only print the message header and I
believe any footer information on the printed page.

Best regards

Hopefully someone will post something that actually helps you with
this. I have the same problem. None of the articles that are in the
above url for the Microsoft Knowledgebase have helped us. I've searched
countless newsgroups and seem quite a few similar posts but I've yet to
see a resolution for the problem.

I did find a workaround for the problem though. If you set Outlook to
use Word as your email editor, you can then forward the email message
(this will make the message open up in Word). Once Word has it opened
you can print it and does print correctly.

Like I said, it is a workaround, but it isn't a fix.

Good Luck!
