Outlook 2000 Doesn't want to close

Hi,

A lot of the computers in my company have Outlook 2000 installed in them.

The problem is that when a user wants to close the app (Outlook 2000),
he/she gets the standard message that Outlook is closing, but the message
tends to stay and the only way to close it is via the Task Manager.

What can be done?
