Outlook 2000 does not quit

Has anyone expeirenced the following problem:

When trying to exit from Microsoft Outlook 2000 I recieve the message
"Please Wait While Outlook Exits" It never exits and you must end the
process through task manager.

it's a known issue - do you have the latest service packs installed? Are you
using programs, like PDA software, that accesses outlook data?

Also - get http://www.sunflowerhead.com/software/knockout to make it easier
to force outlook closed.
