Hi. I hope someone can help.

I've just installed Office 2000 on a laptop running
Windows XP. When I try to open Outlook I get the error
message:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Outlook
could not start because a location to send and receive
mail could not be found."

It suggests I add a location via "Mail" in Control Panel.
I've tried this - the option seems to be on the "Delivery"
tab, but there are no location options available and it
won't let me add one.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks

In Control Panel, Mail, try adding a Personal Folders .pst file to the list of services. If that doesn't work, report back on any errors you receive.
