Outlook 2000 crash on change printer settings

Jeroen Schwankhuizen

When i want to change a printer setting in outlook 2000 on
a Windows 2000 or NT4 system, outlook chrashed for a
unknown error. This is all over the company on practically
any pc overhere.

How do i fix this problem?
 
What is logged to the Event Viewer?
Does it make a difference when you set another printer type as the default
printer? Tried updating the printer driver? Is Office up-to-date? (SP3 +
hotfixes)
