I would like to perform an advanced find in Outlook 2000 for specific
e-mails. When I click on one of our "networked" job folders with multiple
sub-folders, the Search Subfolders check box is grayed out so I cannot search
more than one directory at a time. However, when I click on one of my "local"
e-mail folders, the check box is available. What do I need to do to correct
this?
Thank you very much,
Bill

Nothing. You can only search subfolders in your own mailbox or a Personal
Folders .pst file.

DOes Outlook 2003 allow for this type of searching?
Thanks,
Bill

No, it's an architectural limitation of the Exchange Server store.

So what's your solution for a company that has several job folders and
sub-folders on the Exchange Server and one in particular that has over 50
sub-folders?
