Outlook 2000:_ can send but cannot receive.

Since my ISP upgraded its email service, I have been unable to receive
emails using Outlook; although I can send them .

If I access my mail through the ISP web-site then I can access the emails
OK.

Any ideas anyone?

It's possible your ISP is now requiring authentication to send. You should
contact them to get the details.
