Outlook 2 users on Vista Ultimate 64 bit

Am running Vista Ultimate 64bit OS and have two seperate users set up. My
original first User profile name 'AnthonyHall' in which I run MS Office and
utilise MS Outlook for my email accounts. I now have a second user name
'AJHALL' and would like to be able to access my Outlook email on this new
user account. Is it possible to access from either account or can it only use
one? If I can only have it set up on one user account how do I transfer from
one to the other without losing any of my email account details, personal
files, and address book?

You would need to utilse that data file on the other account instead of
creating a new one
Only a single instance of Outlook can be open at any one time
