Outlook 07 and Vista

all of my outgoing messages are stuck in my outbox.

I have repaired my installation, downloaded and installed all updates, I
have deleted and re-added the accounts, I have modified the settings as per
instructions from my ISP and webhost. I have troubleshot this situation
everywhich way but backward and upside-down in the past 24 hours.

Test messages send PERFECTLY! But the "new" messages, replies, etc. are
stuck in the outbox.

My copy is legit, and this is beginning to get on my nerves.

PLEASE HELP!

Are you using a POP3 connection?
What happens when you click on the Send/Receive button?
You should get an error in the Send/Receive dialog when the operation fails;
what exactly is this error?

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

When I send/receive, nothing happens, no errors.

THe outgoing scanner is disabled...
