I have Vista w/ Office XP installed -Using Outlook I was able to create a few
folders in my InBox, but just yesterday, When I attempted to create a folder,
I get a message window popping up stating :
"Outlook can't read registry information.
Close and restatrt Outlook.
Reinstall Outlook.
Reinstall Microsoft Exchange or other email system."
I use POP3 for email.
Also, Outlook does not save my POP3 log-on password. Instead I must open
Outlook, then Tools>Options>Mail SetUp>Email accounts>View-Change existing
email account>Change> (then add password to Internet Email Settings POP3 and
check save password box)> More Settings>Outgoing Server>(then add password)
even though save password box is checked.
Must I resign myself to purchasing Office 07?
