Outlokk express issue...

After clicking "Replay to Sender" the program is trying to access e-mail
addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No".

THEN APPEARS an Empty box for confirmation "Allow acces for" and dropdown
menu with various time-limits in minutes...
"Yes" "No" "Help"

Anyways, whether yes or no, after clicking them, I appear in message box but
some different than usual, and there is no action for sending a
message(mail) to sender.

I would like to get back that usual window with the SEND option included, if
possible. The same window as "Replay to Group" is.!

This is becoming a common complaint lately. You can try removing recent
Updates for OE mail.

yeah, hehheh, here I am. In he compartment with complaints

Anyway, i reinstalled outlook as a component, and it doesn't work.
So i let myself to come in into new waters called thunderbird.
It seems ok for now.
I must let you know that previously before having this "bug" in outlook i
have installed pc-telephone application and used "synchronize" function in
Xp, for which i don't know a purpose. Rather i was carefull but...this
happened.

I don't like windows updates
