We recently had some work done on our computers, which involved a reinstall
of Outlook. According to our computer technician, when the reinstall was
done, a previous version of Outlook was found on the computer; therfore, when
the install was, both versions were installed, with the older one merging
with the newer one. When the reinstall was done, several different folders
were added to Outlook, which included 3 different "deleted" files folders.
My quesion is, is there a simple way to get rid of all those extra folders.
We would simply like to keep the folders listed under Outlook today?

Disconnect them by File-> Data File Management...

Thanks.
