outlines

All of a sudden, my TAB and SHIFT+TAB no longer activate levels in a numbered
or bulleted outline. i.e. the cursor tabs over but the bullet or number
stays behind.
I can still get there with top menu indent function but it's a pain.

Can you tell me how to restore normal outline function?

On the AutoFormat As You Type tab of Tools | AutoCorrect Options, check the
box for "Set left- and first-indent with tabs and backspaces."
