outlfltr.dll crashes outlook 2007 when receiving certain emails

I have a user with a fresh computer and office 2007 install. System works
good except:
Three times now I have been called in to repair a situation where outlook
times out while retrieving email from a pop server.
Upon inspection I see the email is from a particular user who is sending out
mass emails to 15 people. The resolution is to login to the email server
(like hotmail) and delete the offending email (I can tell which one this is
as outlook lists 10 of 15 or whatever).... then the email flows.
These emails are from only a particular user and only the odd one from this
offending user... nothing unusal with the email except the signature from the
user has a jpeg in it. Other emails from other users with a small variation
of the signature (still with jpeg) works fine.
Any ideas? ANyway I can disable the junk filter in outlook 07 (which seems
to be the issue here)???

The problem is 1 of your receiving emails. Delete that emails (if not important) from server.
