Outgoing mail is not working(Outlook 2002)

I have Outlook 2002 verison. Initially i am comcast(Cable modem) as internet.

In incoming mail server(pop3) i mentioned as my company
specified(pop.testcompanyname.com

In outgoing mail server(SMTP): I mentioned as my company specified

smtp.testcompanyname.com.....So far so good.

Now i changed from comcast to Bellsouth DSL.After that i am receiving email.
But my outgoing mail is not working. So i ask bellsouth to trouble shoot this
problem
but they ask me to add mail.bellsouth.net in outgoing mail server. still no
use.

Can you some one help me please how to solve this problem.

Thanks,
Jack

You need to continue the troubleshooting with Bellsouth. Ask them these questions:

1) Can I send mail through my company SMTP server? (Some ISPs don't allow that)

2) If I have to send through the Bellsouth server, what kind of authentication do you require?

If i have same issue than i will ask bellsouth about your question.
