Can someine send me a link that will take me to the page that has not only
the setup for the correctISP settings in Mail, but can someone also tell me
how to set up my rules and where that page is? My goal is to have it setup
for the utmost security. I have Windows Vista. Brand new machine.

It depends on which internet provider you are using, so you should ask them
and not us. Many providers show it somewhere on their web site.

Each ISP or mail provider has their own mail servers, so you need
to get that information from the horse's mouth.
Alternatively, tell us who your mail provider is, and we can look it
up for you.

For what purpose are you planning to use message rules? There
are aspects of that issue that are often handled better in other ways.
