outgoing emails

It seems that when I send emails, my full name goes out with it along with my
email address in paranthesis. Does anyone know how can remove my name from
outgoing emails? I have RoadRunner and am using Outlook 2003. Thanks in
advance for your help.
 
Dear,
Remove your name from the account user information.
Tools, Email Accounts, View or change existing email account, change, user
information.
