outgoing emails with NO pics

I am getting so tired of not being able to send an email with pics. I can
send them as attachment but not part of the email. as in jokes etc. I have
tried everything that has been suggested but still doesn't work Maybe its
that d****d vista which I hate with a passion Please help me.thanks
 
What have you tried that were suggested. Can you tell us. Are you sending them in
HTML . Give all details since Crystal Ball is out of commission here
 
If it was Vista, then other people using Vista would not be able to
send inline pictures either, which clearly is not the case.

Make sure the message into which you want to insert pictures is
in HTML format.
