outgoing emails saving in draft folder

Using Outlook 2007 we use a 3rd party program to email invoices but they are
saving in the draft folder instead of being sent. I can't figure out why or
how to fix this?
Thanks

The first thing I'd do is check with the vendor of the invoicing product to
see if there's something configured differently.

Nothing has changed with the vendor software - it worked fine on another
machine that was running outlook 2003 - the only thing that is different with
this new machine is that it is running outlook 2007. Thanks

That's a big change. Check with the vendor if their product is compatible
with OL2007.

Did that before I posted to this site; the vendor tells me that they have
other users successfully using their product with outlook 2007 and nothing
changed on their end so that is why I'm asking what within Outlook would
cause emails to be saved in the draft folder instead of being sent.
Thanks

Have you verified with the vendor of the software that it is compatible with
OL 2007?

Outlook has nothing in it that would cause it to store sent items in the
Draft folder without you or your add-ins doing it.
