Some times PC’s with windows XP Professional with SP2 will become out of the
our company domain, we have tried many ways to solve this problem like format
the PC’s, removed user profile, change the network Card, network port, cable
of network still the problem came and we have to rejoin the PC with domain to
be Ok but useless after some time we need to rejoin again and again …

Please your help actually I don’t know what’s the issue relate with which IT
Support
Network Support, Client Support or Server Support

Has your IT department checked their domain servers to ensure the
computer's accounts aren't being deleted/disabled at their end? In the
meantime, the only means of removing a computer from the domain (i.e.,
performing the action from the computer) requires administrative
privileges; make sure that your users do not have administrative
privileges to their workstations.

Yes I have checked with our administrator and the computer's accounts aren't
deleted/disabled, and all our user’s don’t have privileges to their
workstations.

please your advice.
