Out of Office not Working

Have a user whose Out of Office is not working. Has been
suggested that he might have too much mail (How much is
too much?). It recognizes the Out of Office is turned on
but still lets mail thru without replying to sender. Any
suggestions?
 
From what I understand, Out of Office only works in an
Exchange enviroment, not when you pop your mail. Also,
Exchange has to be configured to allow Out Of Office
responses.
 
Correct. They do have an Exchange Server and the Out of
Office works for everyone else and dis work for him until
last week.
