OUT OF OFFICE ICON & TEMPLATE

Hi,

I am using the Rule Wizard to generate an automated reply to a group of users.
My question is this: How can I attach an icon to my template ( i.e. Out of Office)?
or where is the "Out Of Office" template kept in the Microsoft folder?

Is it possible to generate an automated "Out of Office" response for a specific group while the Out of Office is not in use?

many thanks

V.

What version of Outlook are you using and do you have an Exchange server as
the backend?

Have you already created your template? Did you try attaching the icon to
the template when creating it?

What, exactly, are you trying to do? Perhaps a description of the desired
result will be better for answering your question.

Yes, I have created a basic template which automatically responds to specific email addressess of my choice. What I would like to attach, is an Out-of-office icon.

Basically, I am trying to recreate an Out of Office responds. The only difference is that OOO responds to everyone but my manual template will appear to a certain group of people.

Can this be achieved?

many thanks for your time
