Out of Memory or disk space to convert

A user is trying to change an existing Word doc and 'Save
As' but it keeps saying 'There is not enough memory or
disk space to convert the document'. We have checked the
CONFIG.NT and the number of files is 150. We also
increased the virtual memory on the pc and there are 13GB
of free space on the C:\ drive. There is lots of space on
the specific folder as well. Please advise if anyone
knows a resolution. Thanks, Katherine

Word gives this error message for a whole heap of problems, most of which
have nothing whatever to do with memory or disk space. It usually means the
document is corrupt.
