Windows 7 low space on one of 2 disk's

I have 2 disk's in my computer one is C and its OK 16 GB used space and 206 GB of free space that's OK , here is the problem , or maybe not such a problem because everything does work pretty fast. on disk L/E-418 MB Free space and -9.99 GB of used space ,is there a way to get more space on my L/E disk? I have tried to delete everything I could , how ever some programs wont delete. my virtual memory is set for 1237MB' and my Ram is at 958 MB. my computer is a desk top 531 Dell and it came with vista home basic and IE7

Are you getting any errors?

That may be a Dell "hidden" partition/drive, I'm not sure ... if you are not getting any errors, ignore it.

Don't store/install anything to that drive.
