Lets take an example:
Say we have a group email ID consisting of 100 mail IDs in it. But on a
specific situation, I would like to send the mail only to 90 of them and 10
ids I intentionally don't want to send the mail.

Don't know how it do it effectively in outlook. If we provide a button
called "eliminate" ( in parallel to "CC" or "BCC") and specify the 10 names
explicitly over there should eliminate 10 persons from the group for sending
the mail.

As you probably know the only way currently would be to press the + sign
next to the distribution list name and then manually remove the unwanted
recipients. If you would like to see what you have described in a future
version then you should send an e-mail to (e-mail address removed) and state
your request. This alias is monitored by the developers who create new
versions.

I hope this informatin is helpful.
