Out box isn't working, can't delete some inbox mail

My email was fine this morning, and then, everything sat in my outbox. I
can't send, but one email had this message:

Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

Also, I have 5 or 6 messages in my inbox that won't delete. This pc and
Windows Vista is only a few months old. What do I do???

Download and install this fix, with Windows Mail not running:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folder such as the Inbox. If you don't know whether to use the
32-bit version or the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first.
Certain common antivirus programs, such as most of those from
Norton or McAfee, tend to cause such problems, although seldom
immediately, so if you have such a program, remember where to find
the fix - you are likely to need it again. A recent antivirus program
from Trend also causes assorted problems in Windows Mail.
