otlkUI.20080729083102.dll cannot be loaded when u open outlook 07

When i open outlook 2007 i get an error msg.
VirusScan\vscan\otlkUI.20080729083102.dll cannot be loaded and has been
disabled by Outlook.
Pls contact the Add in Manufacturer for an update.
If no update is available uninstall the add-in.

This appears to be an error with your antivirus. It shouldn't be configured
to integrate with Outlook. You may have to uninstall and reinstall your AV
software, omitting the portion of the installation that integrates with
Outlook. If you're using Symantec (Norton), in addition to uninstalling
you'll have to go to their website for further instructions and a tool that
will help you to completely remove it before you reinstall.

Something with your McAfee VirusScan is broken; try to reinstall it, or
uninstall it completely.
