outlook error messages

when i open outlook 2007 i keep getting an error message. first:
'the add-in "outlook connector extensions" (msncon32.dll) cannot be loaded
and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the add-in manufacturer for
an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in."

when i click ok i get:
'cannot open your default e-mail folders. an unexpected error has occured.
MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. be sure the
service is correctly installed and configured."

when i click ok outlook closes.

any ideas?

The error is quite clear; you have the Outlook Connector installed and is
giving you issues now. Therefore Outlook has disabled the addin for now. It
even suggests you to verify if you have the latest version installed.

You did not tell us if you have done that.
