Others only see pg 1 of my 14 pg Word Newsletter. What's the fix?

I tried saving the version down, having them open Word first, posted the file
and emailed the file. I used a newsletter template in Office 03. More than
half of the users only see the first page.

On the assumption that all users are trying to access the same document and
that some of them can see it all, the problem would seem to be with those
that can't (or their computers) rather than with your document.
