Other user's appointments on different user's calendar

We have a user who is receiving duplicate appointments that are on
other user's calendars. They do not have any kind of permissions for
his calendar. When he looks at the appointment, he is listed as the
organizer even though it was someone completely different who created
it. The only things they have in common is that they are both
Blackberry users. Any ideas?

Make sure that this person isn't setup as a delegate for the calendar.
To check open the Outlook profile of the user(s) who calendars are showing
this person as the organizer. Go to Tools, Options, click Delegates.
