Outlook 2007 dropping calendar appointments

Have a user that had about 10 appointments disappear from his calendar today.
He claims he didn't do or change anything. He compared his calendar with his
assistant's and his blackberry. Some were recurring and some were single
occurrences. Any suggestions of what I should check to assure that it doesn't
happen again?

Have you checked on the Blackberry to see if it is set to delete appts?

The appointments were still on his blackberry.

IIRC, there is a setting to delete appts that will still leave them on the
blackberry but delete from the desktop.
