Has any body else been having difficulty getting into the Downloads and
Product Keys section. I have been getting Live ID server down for over 24
hours when I try.

No, its usually not your credentials. Its because all of these vendors and
especially Microsoft have unreliable data centers. All kinds of things are
going on resulting in outages but they still expect businesses to store data
and operate their software services in their "cloud?" Hardy Har Har. Outages
are a big issue these days so no, unless you know for sure its not your
credentials.

Try clearing your cookies and cache. Live ID doesn't handle old or corrupt
cookies well.
