OT ish PAL's Computer Surveillance System HELP!

Can someone tell me PLEASE how to completely remove PAL's Computer
Surveillance System from my pc?? (Seemed like a good idea when we had
workmen in the office to check if they were snooping or using the computers.
Now I can't get the bloody thing off!)
 
Hi,

Have you tried vendor support for the program? As it is a security program,
the full details of complete removal are not likely to be public knowledge,
so you may need to enlist their assistance.

3 days ago - still no response and no phone number and direct emails bounce
back. aaarrrggghhhh!!!
