Any idea if the following anti-static wipes are safe for LCD and other
flat panel monitors?

Endust For Electronics Wipes:
Anti-static, non-streak wipes that clean all electronic components.
Soft non-abrasive cloths. Ammonia-free. Cleans and evaporates in
seconds.

I think the safest thing is to read the manual for your monitor/computer to
see what they recommend. Quite often a wipe with water and dishwashing
detergent is the cheapest and safest.

I use a type of Moist lens wipe intended for spectacles/camera lenses
