add another program to all programs menu

Start-all programs: 3 columns full - how do I add to the available
list of programs? The last program which I installed does not show up.

Shelly, you have too many columns. These are mostly shortcuts to your
programs in C:\Program Files Folder.
Look for your last program there and rt click on the .exe Icon. Select
Send to Desktop as shortcut.

One way to cut down on the size is create folders within the start menu
and move (drag) some of the individual entries into the various folders.
This will give a shorter menu.
