I tried to load Windows 2000 to upgrade from Windows ME
and accidently loades Win 2000 as a seperate OS. When
booting up it gives me an option to choose from one of two
operating systems. Now it will not allow me to upgrade
Win ME because I am running two operating sytems.

How do I delete the Win 2000 OS from my computer?

You could format that partition. That wipes out the datafiles too.
