My OS (WINxp) is in my primary HD. But I wish to have the OS in my
secondary HD also. I have the disk (license). How do I do that? Can I just
copy it? or do I have to load it from the disk. Do I need to reactivate?

You mean you have two licenses? If so - then... You will need to install
it.. Choosing the second drive as where you want to install it to.
If all you have is the single license - you need to buy another license.
Just because it is installed on the same computer doesn't mean you can
install it over and over - each install for different purposes. heh

Note that this method will still place files on the primary drive. If you
want to have them completely separated - you would have to install them
without them being hooked up at the same time and then use some boot manager
to create the menu to allow you to choose. In both cases, something will be
written to the drive that ends up being "primary", but in the latter - you
could possibly separate them later with less trouble.
