After failing to cure my computer of spyware using various removal programs I
had to reformat and load XP pro from disc. When doing this I noticed that the
C drive was partitioned with smallest partyition being 200 Mb or so. I was
worried that this partition might have been constructed by the spyware so
deleted it and proceded to load xp. My PC is now running well, however on
boot up I am now confronted with an OS menu consisting of two XP pro system
asking me to select which OS to boot from. One works and the other doesnt.
How can I stop this menu from appearing during boot up. Any help id greatly
appreciated.

Go to Start > Run and type: MSCONFIG , and hit enter.
Click on the BOOT.INI tab and then click on "Check All Boot Paths"
to delete incorrect boot paths.
