Organizing files with similar names

Hi Everybody
I have about 10000 pictureson my PC in different folders
and about 1800 have same names and extension.
When I search for .JPG files on my system, all of them
appear in the list.
I want to copy all of them on one DVD after the search
result but there is a conflict of similar name files.
How to handle this problem...?
My OS is Windows 2000 professional

I think the tool you are looking for is WINDIFF. Here is a link for the

Greetings,
If all of your files are in folders, copy the folders
instead of the files. This will avoid the problem of
ImageA.jpg in "Folder1" Causing a copy conflict with
ImageA.jpg in "Folder2". Windows allows similare file
names as long as the files are not in the same folder.
