organizing favorites

when I try to organize my favorites, the window that opens does not show
them, cannot see any, but they are there! cannot arange, delete or transfer
what we cannot see!!! Help me please!!!

Are you opening Favorites from the menu or the toolbar button?

I had the same problem and . I know what I did now. I went to Tools, then
manage
add-ons and I disabled Shell Name Space like a fool not knowing what it was
and that was the problem. All I had to do was go back and enable it again.
