Organizing documents - re-organizing them ...

With this great XP Pro, is there any way to easily organize documents that
are filed in different folders?

I've noticed being active in several advocacy groups that much that I've
saved could be better organized. Any tips would be helpful.

XP Pro, SR 2, Word 2003; Front Page, Kurzweil, OE 6 - all updates
current...etc.

This has nothing to do with your operating system (XP). An operating system
is just a tool for doing stuff. It runs programs and lets you save the data
you create. How you organize the data is up to you. If you're talking about
extensive document management beyond creating folders and keeping track of
what you've put where, then you need to be looking at document/information
management software. Here's a quick Google for you:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=document+management+software&btnG=Google+Search

Again, this doesn't have anything to do with XP other than the fact you need
to make sure any third-party document management software will run on it.
