It appears to be payware. When I click on "get registration number" on
the nagscreen I get a Russian only site. When I go the above site and
want to register Table I get this:

I don't know what you did differently than I did, but I downloaded,
unzipped, and installed the file without any nagscreens and no registration
asked for or required.
I added the two tables which I had fortunately included in my routine
backup, and the program is running like a charm.
And I didn't pay $ 39.99 or any other amount.

The nag screen is coded to come up after 40 days use. Not that this
is pertinent. What matters is that it is shareware.
