orange spv stuck on headset profile

My orange spv is stuck on the headset profile. I've tried
removing the battery while it's on and that's not helped.
Is there anything else I can do?

It's a known problem. Either take it to an Orange shop and explain (and let
them panic as they realise their handset specialist doesn't know what to
do), call Orange and explain (same result) or blow into the headset socket
(really!) It has been known to work. If it keeps happening demand a
replacement.
